On the Road to Loretta's: Gina Grigoletti

Gina Grigoletti is returning to the Ranch again as she has qualified for the largest amateur motocross race in the world, the 34th Annual Rocky Mountain ATV/MC AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships presented by AMSOIL at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. Grigoletti took on over 22,000 hopefuls from across America to earn one of just 1,482 qualifying positions. Here is a little bio on our local hopeful.

What does it mean to you to be competing on the biggest stage of Amateur Motocross?

It's one of the best things in the world.

 

What are you doing to prepare?

I try to ride every day that I can.

 

 

What is your daily routine?

Working out and keeping a steady diet.

 

What is the most enjoyable part of racing motocross?

The best part is when you can actually get on the bike and ride. 

 

What has been your most memorable moment racing thus far?

The year I got second at Loretta's in 2011.

 

What is the best advice you have ever been given and by whom?

Go hard or go home. -Steph

 

What is the worst advice that someone has given you and by whom?

Jump off a cliff to get rid of your problems -Jacob 

 

What motivates you to do your best each time you are on the track?

My dad rooting me on.

 

What have you learned from your mistakes out on the track?

That one mistake can break a bone.

 

What is your greatest achievement outside of motocross?

The year we made it to regionals in Basketball.

Watermelon.
